The Chef's Table is the beating heart of UNE: an exclusive table where guests can enjoy a close and personal gastronomic experience with our chefs, observing every detail of the dish preparation.

At this table, we exclusively serve the Relazioni menu, an 8-course tasting menu with wine pairings - €155,00 p.p.

Please note that at the Chef's Table, you will be seated at a counter on a high stool.

All summer long, every Monday for lunch and dinner, and Thursday for dinner, guests under 35 can enjoy our 5-course Acquedotto menu at a special price: €70 per person instead of €90 (excluding beverages).

With this initiative, we aim to give younger guests the opportunity to discover our cuisine, fully aware that this age group often has more limited financial resources.

How it works:

• The offer is reserved for guests under the age of 35.

• When booking, please specify that you wish to take advantage of the UNDER35 offer.

• A limited number of spots are available for each service under this promotion, and we reserve the right to confirm availability.

• A valid ID will be requested upon arrival.

• This offer is only valid for the Acquedotto menu and does not apply to the Relazioni menu, nor can it be converted into a discount on the latter.
